Section 13 - How access will be given
13(1) If an applicant is told under section 12(1) that access will be granted, the head of the public body must comply with this section. (2) If the applicant has asked for a copy of a record and the record can reasonably be reproduced, (a) a copy of the record or part of it must be provided with the response, or (b) the applicant must be given reasons for any delay in providing the copy. (3) If there will be a delay in providing the copy under subsection (2), the applicant must be told where, when and how the copy will be provided. (4) If the applicant has asked to examine a record or for a copy of a record that cannot reasonably be reproduced, the applicant (a) must be permitted to examine the record or part of it, or (b) must be given access in accordance with the regulations. 1994 cF-18.5 s12;1995 c17 s6
