    • repeal of sections 1(g)(i)(B) and 1(g)(iv) by the Health Governance Transition Act, S.A. 2008, c. H-4.3, s. 15, in force April 1, 2009.
    • amends s.34(1)(l) and s.84(1)(b) by the Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act, S.A. 2008, c. A-4.2, s. 130 in force October 30, 2009.
